One person was injured and another was arrested in a shooting at a Little Rock apartment complex. Officers were called to Tanglewood Apartments at 7575 Cantrell Road, just east of North Mississippi Street. Ford said they found a woman who had been shot in her thigh. She was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries
