Little Rock police on Wednesday identified a man as a person of interest in a fatal shooting at an apartment last month. department said it was seeking Breyln London, 23, in the killing of Devon Howard on Feb. 15 at Eagle Nest Apartments. Officers were called about 7:45 p.m. that night to an apartment at 5 Falcon Court and found Howard had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
