One Fayetteville man is now in custody after shooting at a police officer, according to police. Just before 11:00 p.m. on Friday, February 2, police were called to the 2500 block of Candlewood Drive in response to a suicide call. The caller told police she left the location with her three children, leaving 37-year-old, John Phillips, at the home alone.
